Illustrative team. Your recommendation follows your actual workflow.01 / 03 ROLES

The first week

  1. Choose one audience, one offer and one content channel.
  2. Have the research partner assemble a brief with sources and unanswered questions.
  3. Approve the angle, then ask the content specialist for one draft.
  4. Review the draft yourself before publishing.
  5. Record time spent and the channel’s available performance metrics. Ask the analyst what the evidence supports changing.

No baseline is assumed. Measure your current production time and results before setting an improvement target. This is an example, not a recommendation for your company.
