What your workspace uses

Your username and a salted password hash identify your workspace. When email recovery is enabled, you can optionally add an email address in Account and data settings. We use it for confirmation and password-reset messages through Hostinger Email, not marketing. Recovery works only after you confirm the address. Until then, keep your sign-in details safe. Confirmation and reset links expire after 30 minutes and are single-use. Email messages may remain in your mailbox and provider systems after account deletion.

Business descriptions, imported source text, your answers and corrections support your brief and agent plan. Your workspace also stores generated prompts, goals and job progress. Do not submit passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal data.

When AI receives your context

The analysis form asks for your agreement before sending business context and source text to OpenAI. The app requests that responses are not saved as retrievable API responses. This does not mean that every provider-held record is immediately deleted.

OpenAI states that API data is not used for training by default unless the customer opts in. Its default abuse-monitoring records may include prompts and responses and are retained for up to 30 days, with longer retention possible for legal or harm-prevention reasons. Prompt caching may also temporarily retain encrypted processing data. These are provider defaults; account-specific controls are still being checked. We do not claim Zero Data Retention. See OpenAI’s data controls.

Private by default

Sources, briefs, prompts and goals stay in your private workspace within this application. Publishing a team card exposes only the title and role names you review and approve. Anyone with its link can view those fields. You can revoke the link; copies or screenshots made by others cannot be recalled.

Storage and backups

Hostinger hosts this application. Workspace data is intended to remain available until you delete it or your account. The selected hosting plan reports daily backups. Hostinger’s published policy retains daily backups for seven days and weekly backups for six weeks; daily backups cannot be manually deleted. See its daily backup policy and backup retention details.

Backup coverage for this application’s production database has not yet been verified. Live account deletion does not itself erase backup copies or provider-held records. The final notice will distinguish confirmed storage locations, retention and provider arrangements before registration opens.

Control and deletion

Account and data settings let you delete your account and its private workspace data after confirming your current password. Sessions and shared links then stop working. An AI request already sent may finish, but its result cannot be saved to a deleted workspace. Exported files on your device remain under your control.

For access, correction or deletion questions, use the operator contact above. Do not include your password or API keys in a support request.

Sessions and measurement

A necessary sign-in cookie keeps your session active for up to seven days. The app stores a hash of the session token and checks expiry on each authenticated request. Signing out invalidates that session.

Application usage counters contain only a UTC date, a fixed event name and a count. They contain no account or project identifiers, IP addresses, document content or arbitrary metadata. No third-party analytics script is used. Hosting and infrastructure logs are separate from these application counters; their retention remains part of the release review.

Before public registration

This page describes the implementation and verified provider policies. The final privacy notice still needs confirmed processing arrangements, locations, applicable legal grounds and retention details. The service is not yet presented as ready for unrestricted public use.
